1. Returns Eligibility
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from braclens.store.
If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
* Unused and in the same condition as received
* In their original packaging
* Free from damage or signs of wear
Please contact contact@braclens.store before sending any return.
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
2. Return Process
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return address.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of faulty or damaged items.
Returned parcels must include a note with your order number and contact information.
3. Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that delivery costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please email contact@braclens.store within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Our team will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
