All products purchased from braclens.store are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

* Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
* Modifications or repairs made by unauthorised parties
* Damage resulting from exposure to water, heat, or chemicals (unless specified as resistant)
Products that show signs of misuse or neglect are not eligible for warranty claims.
3. Claim Procedure
If you believe your item is defective, please contact contact@braclens.store within 7 days of discovering the issue.
Include:
* Your order number
* A clear description of the defect
* Photos or videos showing the issue
Our team will review your claim and may request additional information before approval.
4. Resolution
Once your warranty claim is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

* A partial or full refund, depending on the case
We reserve the right to determine the most appropriate solution after reviewing the claim.
5. Shipping Costs
If a product is confirmed to be defective, braclens.store will cover the cost of reshipping the replacement.
If the issue is not covered by warranty, the customer is responsible for any return or reshipping costs.
